On the product label, it said that this creme could be left on for 15 minutes as a hydrating mask or could be used as a normal conditioner as part of your hair regimen. I decided to use this product as the hydrating mask! After washing my hair, I rubbed this product throughout my hair (staying away from the roots – I have naturally oily hair!) and let it sit for the recommended 15 minutes. I had zero problems rinsing it completely out of my hair and when my hair dried, I had no issues with any left-behind oiliness or greasiness! I often worry about hair masks adding TOO much moisture to my hair since it’s naturally oily, but this product worked with no issues. If you have oily hair, I would encourage you to stay away from putting the product on the roots to be safe, but I encourage this with every deep conditioning product, not just this one. After use, my hair smelled amazing (citrusy!), looked shiny/healthy, and felt super soft! This is a great go-to hair mask when I notice that my ends are looking a little drier than I’d like. And you get a ton for the price ($19.95) – 8 oz!
