My personal experience?  As usual, colon detoxes aren’t a “fun” experience.  However, I do feel like I noticed some health improvements.  I feel a general since of “better” since doing the colon detox.  Also, I have a tendency to have upset stomach, I feel this has decreased since doing the detox!
